Our facility rental fees range depending on the day and venue you have selected.

There is a 50% deposit plus a $500 refundable damage deposit that is needed to “Save the Date”. This deposit/payment secures and reserves the date of your event.

  • Round Banquet Tables and Gold Tiffany chairs
  • 4 Hour Rental for Event
  • For additional hours, an additional charge will be charged to Lessee

Other items that you should consider for your event that The Ebony House does not cover.

  • Linen and decorations (optional)
  • Dance floor (optional)
  • Beverage services including alcohol, beer and wine
  • Cake cutting (available for a nominal fee)

Yes, the Ebony House offers catering to accommodate your needs.

Every vendor must carry liability insurance and be able to show proof 30 days prior to event. Every vendor must be approved by Ebony House management.

Each venue may host 2-3 events per day based on a 4 hour rental.

Management will always be on site to ensure things run smoothly.

The entire property can accommodate up to 600 guests.

The Ebony House does not have a place where the Bride or Groom can get ready.

You may bring in your own alcohol, but you must have a certified TABC bartender to serve your alcohol, plus The Ebony House will charge a corkage fee per bottle.

The Ebony House and The Cottage have built in speakers that may be used at an additional fee.  You may bring in your own DJ or band but keep in mind your seating capacity will be reduced.

All of our bathroom facilities are handicap accessible, except the bathrooms upstairs in The Ebony House.

All venue rentals are for 4 hours, each additional hour is subject to an additional charge.

Yes, you may choose your own vendors although they must be approved by The Ebony House managment.  An appointment 90 days prior to the event with the Event Manager must be made to ensure the vendors understand all rules and regulations of The Ebony House.

The Lessee is responsible for all venue decorations. All equipment and fixtures located in or about the facility are the sole property of the Lessor and may not be removed at any time, nor moved without authorization of The Ebony House Event Manager. No tape, nails, tacks, screws or pins may be used in areas where damage to the Facility may occur. No glitter, rice, confetti or bubbles may be used in our outside the venue. Please note that all cakes, flowers, decorations, and other related items must be previously approved by Lessor (for example florists, decorators…etc.) and must schedule an appointment with the Event Manager of The Ebony House at least 30 days in advance.
